MacGregor Black are partnering with a market-leading Nursery brand on the search for a Junior Key Account Manager. This is a hybrid role, based in London.
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Sales and working closely with other teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer strategy, launching new products, and delivering exceptional execution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow relationships with key retail and wholesale customers.
- Deliver sales, profit, and growth targets across your account portfolio.
- Create and implement customer business plans that support long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, improve visibility, and drive category performance.
- Lead commercial negotiations and customer planning activities.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure excellent forecasting, stock availability, and launch execution.
- Support the delivery of marketing and promotional initiatives that enhance brand performance both in-store and online.
- Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with retail accounts within FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering growth.
- Ability to build credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercially analytical, organised, and results-driven.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for developing brands and customer partnerships.
