Connect2Dorset is seeking a Refuse Loader in Wareham to efficiently collect and handle waste materials. The role is physically demanding and requires a commitment to safety and teamwork. You will load and unload waste while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of physical fitness, basic mechanical awareness, and strong teamwork and communication skills. This temporary position has shifts Monday to Friday with varying hours depending on operational needs.
