Location: London Gateway (Corringham, Essex). Salary: £13.50 per hour. Job Type: Temporary. Shifts: Days.

Role

Our client is seeking reliable, hardworking Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) Operators & Low-Level Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. You’ll play a vital role in day-to-day operations by ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently using PPT equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) safely and efficiently
• Pick orders using Low-Level Order Picking (LLOP) techniques
• Follow picking instructions via RF scanner
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, safe working environment
• Report any equipment faults or safety concerns
• Work as part of team to meet daily targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating PPT or working in warehouse environment (preferred)
• PPT or LLOP licence (training may be provided for right candidate)
• Ability to work to targets in fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, strong team player
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
