Company Overview: A well‑established food manufacturing company in Evesham is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team, supporting high‑speed automated production and site services equipment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Predominantly electrical maintenance role with some mechanical responsibilities, focused on keeping production equipment running efficiently
• Skilled in fault‑finding, carrying out planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns safely and effectively
• Able to identify performance issues, record findings clearly and communicate improvements to enhance reliability
• Ensures all equipment and maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards within a regulated food production environment

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Solid experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in food production or FMCG
• Both mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience
• Experience with refrigeration systems, glycol chillers or industrial boilers (desired)
• Basic welding skills advantageous
