Repairs Officer – Level 2

Sector: Property & Housing | Location: London N1/W6

Pay rate: £18.29 PAYE / £24.00 Umbrella | Working hours: 9am to 5pm, 1-hour unpaid break, 35 hours a week, fully onsite.

Job Overview

This role is a temporary to permanent position aimed at the right candidate, moving forward with development.

Job Duties

• Experience developing and running administrative systems and processes.
• Financial understanding of SOR codes and quote variation – SORs are part of diagnosing repairs and are used across repair contracts.
• Manage no-access processes – standard operating model of 3 no accesses to close a job.
• Understand tenure types – permanent housing, temporary housing, leasehold, managing agents, and their internal repair rules.
• Work to meet key performance indicators.
• Good understanding of relevant legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Customer focused mindset.

Desirable

• Previous experience managing responsive repairs.
