Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements.
• Advise on executive and employee share plans.
• Support the implementation of incentive arrangements.
• Provide corporate governance and transactional support.
• Work on complex UK and cross‑border matters for major corporate clients.
• Deliver practical, commercial legal advice to sophisticated businesses.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ‑5 years PQE.
• Strong corporate law experience, ideally in employee incentives or a transferable area such as tax.
• Previous experience drafting or advising on shareholder agreements.
• Excellent drafting and technical skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Commitment to teamwork and a supportive culture.
