Magnus & Wolf are delighted to be working a digitally-led IT solutions provider, to recruit for the role of Account Manager.

They have a fantastic product which solves a huge Public Sector problem and they are very excited about their current and future growth.

  • Account Manager
  • £35,000 – £45,000 + uncapped commission
  • Hybrid – Birmingham city centre

The Role

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs and objectives
  • Identify and qualify upcoming IT projects
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects
  • Generating leads and targeting potential clients in existing and new markets
  • Own a portfolio of 40-60 accounts
  • Develop structured engagement plans and maintaining detailed account profiles
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Drive account growth through cross-selling and proactive client engagement

The Person

  • Background in IT sales or internal account management
  • Comfortable discussing IT product categories
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trust quickly
  • Enthusiastic about digital transformation
  • Disciplined with CRM systems and has a strong eye for detail
  • Self-sufficient and able to manage time
  • Confident presenting and demonstrating products to clients at all levels
