Location: Leeds, LS1

Pay Rate: £255 per day

Duration: 15 weeks

Start Date: Monday 8th June

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am-3:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee a structural alterations and restoration project in Leeds. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for someone confident managing trades, maintaining site standards, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising site activities and coordinating trades
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
• Overseeing structural alterations, masonry, and steelwork elements
• Managing daily progress, reporting, and quality checks
• Working closely with the project manager to maintain programme timelines

Required Certifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS – essential
• First Aid (3‑day) – essential
• Asbestos Awareness – advantageous
• Manual Handling – advantageous

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in:

• Structural alterations
• Restoration projects
• Masonry
• Structural steel installation

A strong communicator with the ability to lead by example will thrive in this role.
