This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated early years professional who is committed to providing the very best start in education for young children. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery setting
• Support the development, mentoring, and recruitment of staff
• Promote inclusion and ensure every child feels valued and supported
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality
• Support positive behaviour for learning and children’s personal development
• Work collaboratively with the Foundation Stage team to deliver outstanding early years provision

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds relevant Early Years qualifications
• Has experience working with young children, particularly within Early Years settings
• Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills
• Is passionate about child development and early education
• Has excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Can work flexibly within a busy and supportive team environment
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
