BMS Service Engineer

Location: UK, West Midlands, England – Permanent.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll work with a dynamic team to deliver BMS services for innovative smart buildings across the UK. Working directly with customers, you’ll maintain systems, identify problems, and ensure peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct on‑site BMS system management
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance
• Identify and resolve system issues
• Coordinate with clients to deliver top‑tier customer service
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in BMS with a recognised qualification
• Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with a variety of BMS systems (Trend/Tridium, Siemens, Johnson Controls, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer‑facing and problem‑solving skills
• Clear drive for continual personal and professional development
