The position hasarisen due to global growth and a desire to expand our businessto enable us to further build on client relationships and service new opportunities.The successful candidate willbe responsible forbuilding,promotingandmaintainingclientpartnershipsand initiatives forsome ofQCIC’sstrategicaccounts.They will direct and support the activities of multipleoperations managing large/complex clientsservingas a clientadvocate and aprimarypoint of contact,facilitatingall internal and external communications.They willhaveoperational oversightsoproventechnical experience in enterprise level security management systems is critical.In addition,the ability toeffectively drivethe execution oftheclients’ installation,serviceand advanced solutions strategies to exceed clientexpectations with cost effective solutionsis key.The role will require the candidate toleadQCIC’steams and partners to ensureclientsatisfaction, financialperformanceand account growth.
What you will do
- Manageanannual jobvolume/revenue expectation of $5+10Million+
- Act as aprimarypoint of contact ontheaccount, responsible for managing communications for allQCICengagements
- Work with ourclients through an understanding of their business needs and know how to navigate their organisation
- Work with QCIC leadership andStrategic Account Managementfunctions
- Developand managean account plan to accurately capture client vision, corporate initiatives, growthstrategiesand annual expectations.Utilise standardprocesses and tools that drive internal efficiencies and foster uniformity of workflows–expand(developingopps, cross selling, multi department crossover where needed, expand on DBR cross selling, design run into space.
- Proactively manageand coordinate all operational aspects of strategicclientengagements foreach globalaccount. Enforce the expectations of theclientwithQCICteams, subcontractors,vendorsand partners.Always representQCICas a leader, providing mentoring,coachingand development ofthe wider team
- Serve as aclientadvocate and liaison betweenQCIC HQ,globalhubs, subcontractors, vendors,partnersand manufacturers. Help develop unique approaches and introduce advanced solutions toclientchallenges, building confidence inQCICas a trusted advisor
- Drive consistency in delivery of allQCICservices across multiple locations,regionsand countries
- Ensure adherence to specificclientstandards, industry best practices, coderequirementsand/or market regulations
- Maintain all account documentation, direct all communications andupdatesto theclientin a regular and proactive manner.Conduct scheduledinternal andclientbusiness reviews on adefined andconsistent basis
- Engage the support of internal resources and partners to introduceexpertisethat helpsclients develop and implement their strategies
- Responsible for overallclientsatisfaction in delivery of all services. Proactively meet and communicate withclientto seek detailedfeedbackin order todrivecontinuous improvement.
- Resolve issues in an effective andtimelymanner by engagingappropriate teammembers, internal resources, partners, and/orexternal stakeholders
- Prepare financial proposals ensuring they are commercially sound
- Track financial performance on all projects and services to make sure work is executedto budget.Compile reports to provide spend datatointernal teams, clients,and senior leadership
- Represent QCIC as a thought leader and regularlycontribute to marketing material and activities ensuring QCICisrepresented externallywhererequired
- Manageagroup ofapproximately2-8globalpersonnel
What we are looking for
- Broad-based industry and market knowledge ofenterprise level access control, videomanagementand intrusion detection systemsof 10+ years
- Experienceof managingglobalaccountson an enterprise level requiring support across multiple time zones
- Ability to create internal and external organisational alignment throughstrategicrelationships,bycommunicatingclientinitiatives anddrivingteam building
- Accomplished leader that acts as a role model while guiding,developingand mentoring others within the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel,PowerPointandproject management tools
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver presentationswithinmultiple levels of an organisation
- Advanced financial competencies
- Confidence in contract negotiation and administration
- Strong work ethic with personal motivation to function individually andaspart of aglobalteam
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving tools and techniques
- Capabilities in implementing program deliverables,leveragingunderstanding of cultural differences in business practices for other regions or countries
- Able to spot potential opportunities – expansion – DBR
