CAD Design Manager, Falmouth, up to £45k

We are building a new team of CAD designers and need an experienced CAD Design Manager to lead, motivate, and nurture the group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of CAD designers.
• Drive high‑quality CAD development using Solidworks and 3‑D drawing techniques.
• Integrate CAD work with MRP, CRM, and Office systems.
• Maintain and oversee Bill of Materials (BOMs) and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CAD Design Manager or in a senior CAD role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, CRM, Office, BOMs, Solidworks and 3‑D drafting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team‑development skills.
