V&C Associates have been exclusively retained to identify an exceptional individual for a role that sits at the intersection of commercial rigour and refined aesthetic sensibility.
Our client is a distinguished luxury interiors brand — internationally recognised for its timeless design language, exceptional craftsmanship, and uncompromising standards. This is a rare opportunity to become an ambassador for a brand of genuine standing, representing its collections across global markets and building the kind of long-term relationships on which enduring reputations are founded.
The Opportunity
Joining the Export Sales team and reporting to the Head of Export Sales, the Account Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of international agents and distributors — driving revenue growth, executing sales strategy, and ensuring that the brand’s values are communicated with consistency and distinction across every market.
This is a role for someone who understands that in the luxury sector, relationships are everything. You will be as comfortable in a client showroom in Paris as you are preparing a detailed sales forecast for the London office.
What the Role Involves
- Presenting and championing brand collections, showroom environments, and exclusive events to international partners
- Conducting regular market visits to introduce new collections, deliver product training, and deepen commercial relationships
- Managing and developing a network of global agents, distributors, and trading partners with a view to long-term growth
- Ensuring seamless alignment between external partners and internal departments
- Preparing and maintaining departmental reporting, including sales forecasting and performance analysis
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Export Sales on strategy development and execution
Location & Travel
The role is office-based at the brand’s London headquarters. International travel is a meaningful and integral part of the position — not an occasional requirement, but a reflection of how the business operates at a global level. Occasional weekend availability will be required to support events and travel commitments. Following a six-month period, remote working may be considered.
The Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in both English and French — written and spoken to a high professional standard (French need not be a first language)
- Demonstrable experience within luxury interiors, textiles, or a closely related premium sector
- Commercially astute, with strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills including forecasting and data analysis
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- A natural relationship-builder with a genuine dedication to client service
- Confident operating independently, while contributing meaningfully within a collaborative team
- A sincere passion for design and the interiors world — this is not a prerequisite that can be manufactured
