Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programmes. This role requires a strong blend of programme leadership, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and SAP expertise.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP engagements, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex SAP transformation programmes across multiple business functions.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and programme stakeholders.
  • Establish delivery governance frameworks and ensure adherence to project methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical specialists, architects, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive programme planning, mobilisation, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
  • Ensure successful management of programme risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Support solution design discussions and provide guidance on SAP delivery best practices.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs, reporting, and governance forums.
  • Contribute to business development activities, proposal responses, and client presentations.
  • Mentor project managers and delivery teams to promote high-quality execution.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects within complex enterprise environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Experience managing global or multi-country SAP deployments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience managing system integrators, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Experience overseeing testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
