Buster + Punch is passionate about their people and pride themselves on having built a dedicated and talented team across their business.

The Role

This is a cornerstone role for product development at B+P. You are an engineer, obsessed with detail. Lateral thinking is second nature, where challenges are solved with efficiency and logic. You can make the ‘big’ decisions and engage accordingly. You know how to ‘do the doing’ and have extensive experience in successful delivery with a consumer brand. You can lead people with a team of varied experience, skill and seniority. You coach and empower and have a real passion for what you do. Above all, you’ve got a can-do attitude and make the B+P vision a reality, fostering strong relationships based on successful delivery along the way.

There’s growth within the role for both you and the team reporting to you, with the opportunity to join B+P at a particularly exciting time. International travel will be required.
