We have full-time and part-time roles available. Part-time roles are 15‑25 hours per week, with shifts ending at 5:00 pm. There are currently no alternative shift options.
Training will take place in Devizes; we do not currently offer virtual training. Candidates must live within a sensible commuting distance to Devizes.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries and find practical solutions.
- Book appointments and support customers with self‑service options.
- Take ownership of customer cases from start to finish.
- Deliver a positive experience, even in challenging situations.
- Use judgement, empathy, and problem‑solving skills to make things happen.
Some customers may be experiencing difficult circumstances, so the ability to listen, understand, and provide support will be invaluable.

- Experience in a customer service environment and confidence handling customer enquiries.
- Confident communicator and great listener.

- Empathetic and customer‑focused.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions.
- Skilled at multitasking across multiple systems.
- Confident in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
