The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive focused on new business acquisition within the Industrial Commercial sector across Northern Ireland. This is a field-based role involving regular travel and full ownership of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new industrial services business
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Deliver client meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve/exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven B2B new business sales experience
- Industrial Commercial Services (workwear sector experience) (advantageous)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive, hunter mindset
- Commercially aware and results-focused
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Full clean B driving licence
