I’m recruiting for an established and successful engineering business in Gloucester who are looking to grow their team.

Senior Electronics Technician

Location: Gloucester

Salary: up to £55ph (Outside IR35)

The role requires a Senior Electronics Technician who can fault find, prototype, troubleshoot, assemble, rework and ideally mentor/supervise in a production environment.

Required skills and experience include:

• Through‑hole and surface‑mount assembly
• Electronic fault‑finding and troubleshooting
• Soldering and rework of PCBs
• Wiring harnesses
• Report writing
• Supervision and leadership experience

The company manufactures products for use in extreme and harsh environments. Experience in aerospace, defence, avionics, or O&G is particularly helpful.
