Responsible for
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
- Loss prevention.
Accountable for
- Ensure the store is always well‑presented, maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and updating inventory records.

- Previous retail store experience.
