Job Description About Landy Landy is an all-in-one platform that helps landlords and letting agents get the most from their rental portfolios. By bringing property, tenant, and revenue management into one place, we make day-to-day operations simpler. Landy automates compliance and streamlines routine admin, cutting the busywork while giving agencies full control of their portfolios. The private rented sector is changing fast, and with the Renters’ Rights Act reshaping the rules, agencies are under real pressure to keep up. Landy takes that weight off them, turning a tangle of obligations into something clear and manageable. We are an early-stage company, but we are not starting from scratch. We have a live platform, agencies already using us, and a market that genuinely needs what we have built. This is a brilliant moment to come on board, while there is still plenty of ground to claim. The Opportunity We are looking for self-employed sales executives to introduce Landy to letting agencies across the country and bring them on board. You will identify agencies that would benefit from Landy, build relationships with landlords and letting agents, show them what the platform does, and guide them through signing up. The results you get are yours to drive, and no two days look the same. This is a commission-only, self-employed opportunity. Take it on full-time or fit it around other commitments, and work in the way and at the hours that suit you. What you will be doing Identifying and reaching out to letting agencies that fit Landy well Building genuine relationships with landlords and letting agents Running friendly, no-pressure product demonstrations Guiding interested agencies through signing up Keeping a strong working knowledge of the Landy platform, so you can show its value with confidence Managing your own pipeline so you always know what is next Sharing what you are hearing from the market with the founders, so we keep getting better You decide when and how you do all of this. Early mornings, evenings, full days, or a few hours around other commitments. It is yours to shape. How you earn You earn £5 per subscribed landlord, every month, for the first six months from the date each landlord subscribes . There is no cap on what you can make. Your strongest months are rewarded with higher rates and longer payout periods. The maths rewards ambition. Sign agencies with larger portfolios and the recurring commission builds quickly. For example, bring on an agency whose 80 landlords subscribe and that is £400 a month, or £2,400 over six months, from a single agency. Sign several and it adds up fast. Who we are looking for A confident, warm and passionate communicator who enjoys meeting people and building relationships Self-motivated and proactive, happy working independently and managing your own time Organised, able to juggle several agencies and a pipeline without being chased Comfortable learning a product quickly and speaking about it with conviction Some understanding of the property or lettings world is helpful, though not essential Sales, negotiation, or SaaS experience is a real plus, but we care far more about drive, attitude, and people skills than a long CV Happy adapting in a fast-moving, early-stage environment The right to work as a self-employed contractor in the UK A driving licence is useful, though not required Growing with Landy As Landy grows and we create salaried roles, the executives who have shown what they can do are the first people we will want to talk to.
