Roles and responsibilities include:

• Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this homes residents.
• Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed.
• To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.

What were looking for

• Active NMC registration (Registered General Nurse)
• Ideally 1+ year post-qualification experience
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
