Responsibilities
- Support adults with learning disabilities and autism who have complex needs to lead the best life possible
- Assist with daily living and personal care to promote independence
- Mentor and share skills and experiences with colleagues
- Promote a positive and caring environment for all service users
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication and physical health
- Background in social care (qualification not required, experience is essential)
- Ability to connect with people and be passionate about supporting them to live independently
