Overview

We are looking for skilled and reliable Fit-Out Operatives to join a major office fit-out project in Cologne. Working as part of the on-site team, you will support the delivery of high-quality commercial interiors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Fit‑Out Works: Carry out a range of fit‑out activities including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, and general interior installations.
• Assist with the installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Interpret drawings and follow technical instructions to ensure accurate installation.
• Site Operations: Work collaboratively with the Site Manager, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain productivity while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Adapt to different tasks as required across various stages of the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in office fit‑out, interiors, or construction environments.
• Ability to carry out hands‑on installation works.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings.
