Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home Care

Connect2Kent has an exciting opportunity for experienced Residential Support Workers to assist with a brand new Children’s Home in Lydd, Kent. The role involves providing direct care to children, engaging them in meaningful activities, and supporting them in making choices.

Qualified candidates should have at least an NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People, and experience in residential settings is preferred. This position offers full-time hours with both day and night shifts.
