Internationaal Sales Engineer

We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to join a global engineering manufacturer based in Coventry. Whether you’re a graduate, apprentice-trained engineer or have a few years’ industry experience, we’ll give you the training and support to build a successful career in technical sales. Sales Engineer, Graduate – Industrial Components, Engineering Solutions – Manufacturing & Industrial Markets As our Sales Engineer, you’ll work with distributors, OEMs and end users, helping customers identify the right engineering solutions for their applications. You’ll inherit existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities across a wide range of industrial markets. This is a consultative sales role where technical credibility is essential. Sales Engineer, Graduate – Industrial Components, Engineering Solutions – Manufacturing & Industrial Markets· Manage and grow existing customer accounts· Support distributors with product training and technical advice· Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM· Deliver against sales targets and KPIs· Work closely with experienced Sales Engineers and product specialists· Identify opportunities for engineering solutions across multiple sectors Sales Engineer, Graduate – Industrial Components, Engineering Solutions – Manufacturing & Industrial Markets We’re looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals and the ambition to build a long-term career in technical sales. You don’t need years of commercial experience; HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or related Engineering· Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation· Engineering experience through education, apprenticeship or industry· Strong communication and relationship-building skills· Interest in developing a career in technical sales· Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions We are now part of a multinational, billion dollar corporation with its own track record and sales successes, and we are now looking to expand our sales force to develop new business from a large range of existing, trusted customers – whilst following leads to add to that client list.
