Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Head of Strategy, Risk & Improvement (Area Manager B) to lead the development of the Service’s Community Risk Management Plan and corporate strategy. The role includes overseeing risk management, performance, and compliance while ensuring robust governance for effective decision-making.
