We are working with a leading high-growth lender who are seeking a Business Development Manager to support its regional origination capability across the UK.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a fast-growing collaborative specialist Real Estate Lender, working across Bridging, Refurbishment Finance, Development Finance, and Commercial Term Debt. Responsibilities include building direct relationships with SME housebuilders, property investors, and trading businesses, identifying funding opportunities for acquisition, refinance, development, and investment purposes, and maintaining strong CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting
