The role of Associate Creative Director, Art is to lead creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts, translating brand strategy into compelling digital experiences for both consumer and HCP audiences.
Job Summary
The Associate Creative Director, Art will lead a team in crafting and executing creative concepts that leverage existing and emerging technologies. You will partner with engagement strategy teams to develop experiences that drive our clients’ brands across all digital channels, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Structure a complete narrative and write in different voices to suit client and audience
- Collaborate with ACD, Copy to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
- Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
- Manage teams, creative output and client relationships
- Concept and execute campaigns that align with client strategy
- Oversee day‑to‑day deliverables under tight deadlines, delivering best‑in‑class work
- Mentor internal and external teams
- Manage award submissions and case studies for the brand
- Participate in high‑level projects and new‑business pitches
Required Skills & Experience
- Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
- 5–7+ years of health‑care/pharma experience in an agency environment
- BA degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
Pay Range: $160,000-$190,000
