About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider operating across London and the South East. This is a client-facing, multi-site role responsible for delivering high-quality electrical and general building services maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are compliant, safe, and fully operational across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Diagnose faults and undertake electrical repairs and installations
• Conduct inspection, testing, and compliance checks
• Support multi-skilled maintenance tasks, including basic mechanical, HVAC, and fabric works
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards
• Travel across multiple sites within London and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong client relationships on-site
• Complete job reports and documentation using internal systems

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
• Previous experience in a mobile or building services maintenance role
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
