Onsite HR Partner — People Experience

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team in Leicester. This role focuses on enhancing employee experiences and workplace culture through active support and engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing HR programs, assisting managers with performance challenges, and maintaining a positive work environment. Strong relationships with employees and managers will be critical for success in this role.

A Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English are essential. The position is onsite within an Amazon facility.
