Job Overview

Junior Machinist (Manual Machining / Bespoke Joinery) – £30,000 – £35,000.

Location: Rugby.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior members and learn best practices.
• Operate a variety of manual woodworking machines.
• Read technical drawings to understand project design and construction requirements.
• Select appropriate materials for each component.
• Ensure all components meet the highest standards of precision and craftsmanship.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 5:30.

Qualifications

• Background in woodworking or joinery.
• Experience operating a wide range of manual woodworking machinery.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
