• Minimum of two years experience in Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Freehold transactions, Property Finance, Land Acquisition and Developments.
• Some residential experience is valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm.
• Handle all types of non‑contentious real estate transactions.
• Take a leading role in this branch office with a good deal of autonomy, supported by colleagues in other offices.
