TikTok Shop – Partner Operations, Project Intern (TSP, UK) – 2026 (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

Join the TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team as a project intern. You will assist in expanding and driving the TSP ecosystem through business development, training, and project management. This role works cross‑functionally with stakeholders across business units and external partners to match TSPs with sellers on the platform. You will become an expert on social commerce and TikTok Shop, support partner onboarding, and grow sales for clients. The position requires data analysis of various metrics, such as livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities for TSPs to help sellers succeed.

Commitment: You must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month internship period.

• Expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through assistant business development, training and project management.
• Work cross‑functionally with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support matchmaking TSPs with sellers on the platform.
• Become an expert on social commerce and all things TikTok Shop to support our partner team and help TSP onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
• Perform data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and adaptable to a fast‑changing environment.
