Shift Electrical Engineer (Facilities Maintenance)

Location: Heathrow, commutable from Hounslow, Slough, Windsor, Staines‑upon‑Thames, Stanwell, Ashford, Feltham, Hayes, Southall, Ealing, Uxbridge and surrounding areas.

Compensation & Benefits: £42,000 – £46,000 + Overtime + Pension + Life Assurance + Training + Career Progression + Excellent Company Benefits.

This role offers a 4 on 4 off shift‑based schedule with days and nights, on a secure, long‑term permanent position within a leading UK facilities management business. It includes funded training and the opportunity to progress into senior and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Static position based onsite at Heathrow.
• Mixture of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Shift work: 4 on 4 off, including days and nights.

Requirements

• Apprentice‑trained Electrician/Electrical Engineer.
• Previous maintenance experience.
