I am recruiting for an experienced Site Manager within the New Build residential market to lead a development in Worcestershire.

Day to day management of the site teams and driving productivity to reach programme targets
Advising on sub‑contract selection and subsequent management
Ensuring all works are carried out to required quality standards
Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment
Attending and participating in meetings as required

Previous experience in the new build housing market is essential.
