As the Social Media Marketing Leader within the global Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) function, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing EY’s next phase of social media initiatives. Your focus will be on creating a social‑first mindset for all brand marketing campaigns, leveraging the creator economy, influencers, and diverse social media channels to engage audiences and drive brand performance.
The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate is a strategic digital native who understands effective paid creative and marketing strategies across social media platforms. You will work collaboratively with the Global Social Media Leader to manage reputation, platform governance, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive social media creative and marketing strategies aligned with EY’s goals and objectives.
- Define digital channel strategy and assign distinct roles for each platform.
- Lead social media brand marketing programs across the funnel, generating demand and engaging thought leadership.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to elevate campaigns with a social‑first mindset.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of high‑quality content for platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Co‑manage the editorial lens and content calendar to ensure timely and business‑relevant posts.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Develop insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up‑to‑date with latest social media trends and best practices.
- Experiment with new platforms, styles, and technologies to enhance brand and demand.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including brand, marketing, PR, and social media, to ensure cohesive messaging.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
