We’re hiring a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join one of the specialist brands within 11 Investments, focusing on commercial and consulting markets across the UK and US.

11 Investments is a collective of entrepreneurial recruitment businesses working together to deliver best‑in‑class talent solutions.

The Role

As a 360 Consultant, you will:

• Build and manage a network of high‑quality clients and candidates
• Develop new business while growing existing accounts
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle
• Lead complex negotiations and close deals
• Act as a market expert and thought leader
• Collaborate with your team to deliver on targets
• Mentor and support junior consultants
• Represent and promote the 11 Investments brand
• Demonstrate proven success in agency recruitment (360 model)
• Show a strong track record of hitting individual and team revenue targets
• Have excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Exhibit high levels of motivation and accountability
• Maintain a commercial mindset with a desire to grow market share
• Enjoy recruitment and mentoring others
