What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide exceptional customer service, understanding customers and stakeholders, and giving unrivalled support through property transactions.
• Communicate professionally, adapting to written and verbal formats with stakeholders; be approachable and trustworthy.
• Deliver a fulfilling role, both financially and personally.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills across phone, in person, and email; strong listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in a busy office environment, preferably in high‑pressure customer service or sales.
• Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft software.
• Willingness to work from Earls Colne office in Essex.
