German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Temporary Assignment)
Location: White City, London (Office-Based)
Contract: Temporary – 3 Months
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their customer support team based in White City, London. This is a full-time, office-based position offered on a temporary 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
- Process orders, requests, and account updates accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a consistently excellent experience.
Skills & Experience Required
- Fluent German speaker (both written and spoken) – essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
