Customer Care Officer – Civil & Tribunal Support

The Ministry of Justice is seeking skilled telephony staff to support the HM Courts & Tribunals Service in Leicester. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to assist customers in often challenging circumstances.

Successful candidates will work full-time, managing calls with empathy, and are required to support Civil, Family, and Tribunal matters. The position may allow for hybrid working arrangements under business support.
