Director of Sales

UK Based | £85,000 – £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re supporting an established international technology business with the appointment of a Director of Sales to lead their Northern Europe & MEA region.

Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager, this is a strategically important leadership role responsible for driving regional growth, developing an established sales team and strengthening customer engagement across multiple markets.

This is not a transactional sales management position.

We’re looking for a leader who can create demand, develop people, improve forecasting discipline and help shape the future commercial direction of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales professionals
  • Drive revenue growth across Northern Europe & MEA
  • Build strategic relationships with OEM and EMS customers
  • Improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • Identify and convert major commercial opportunities
  • Execute regional sales and growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience leading regional sales teams within semiconductor, electronics, technology distribution or a related technical B2B environment
  • Strong demand creation and commercial leadership capability
  • Proven experience developing high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering growth
  • Comfortable operating across multiple countries and cultures
