Role Overview
We are looking for a Sprayer Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Ingham, on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will have a passion for agriculture, ideally with previous experience of spraying or operating farm machinery, and a desire to work with a forward‑thinking, leading business.
Responsibilities
- Operate one of our modern, well‑maintained self‑propelled sprayers throughout Norfolk, delivering first‑class, timely applications of chemistry and liquid fertiliser.
- Perform other duties such as potato haulm flailing, potato fogging, soil sampling and crop protection deliveries.
Qualifications
- PA1 & PA2 qualified (full training will be provided).
- Experience of operating farm machinery.
- Ability to work well under pressure in an ever‑changing environment.
- Adaptability to change.
- Ability to work well as part of a team or on own initiative.
- Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
