Job Description:

Our client is a leading UK-based life sciences company that specialises in developing software and digital solutions for the nuclear medicine, PET/SPECT imaging, and radiation safety sectors.

They are seeking a Project Lead to join their team and head customer implementation projects for their market-leading nuclear medicine LIMS platforms. This is a highly customer-facing role, where you will combine your technical expertise, project delivery, and regulatory knowledge within a specialist environment.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software implementations within radiopharmacies, ensuring successful deployment, validation, and adoption of systems used in PET and SPECT production environments. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you will guide customers through implementation, regulatory validation, and ongoing system optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project delivery including scope, timelines, risk and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in regulated environments
  • Act as SME for nuclear medicine LIMS solutions, supporting configuration and best practice
  • Deliver on-site training, workshops, and user onboarding for customers
  • Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with software development teams to feedback customer requirements and support product improvements
  • Manage user acceptance testing, upgrades, and post-go-live support
  • Provide technical input into pre-sales demonstrations, tenders, and customer proposals

About You

  • Strong background in radiopharmaceutical production or nuclear medicine environments
  • Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience delivering system implementations, validation, and customer training
  • Comfortable working on-site with clinical, technical, and IT stakeholders
  • Able to act as a trusted technical advisor and SME
