Full-time, hybrid. At least two days per week, or 40% of the time, at one of our office sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead product development in the Hive Lab, working with Product Owners, Customer Journey Managers, Business experts and Engineering.
  • Identify and shape new opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
  • Play a leading role in shaping emerging strategy and influencing the future Operating Model.
  • Serve on the Senior Leadership Team, accountable for leading and developing people and establishing ways of working.
  • Use data‑driven insights to inform product strategy and validate value delivery.
  • Advocate responsible AI and automation to deliver significant customer and business value.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in Product Management and Agile Methodology.
  • Proven experience at a senior level shaping business strategy and operating models.
  • Track record of delivering scalable solutions with measurable objectives and key results.
  • Strong collaboration across internal teams, partners and third‑party suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills up to senior executive level.
  • Experience delivering AI products or demonstrable understanding of AI technology and delivery considerations.
  • People‑management skills; experience leading and coaching teams.
  • Relevant transferable experience is welcome.
