Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Banbury, OX17Provision: 3-bedded Children’s Residential Home (Ages 7–17, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties – EBD)Salary: £47,611 – £50,606 per annum + up to £10,000 performance bonusHours: 40 hours per weekEmployment Type: Permanent
What We’re Looking For
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
At least 2 years’ recent experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a Registered Children’s Home
Strong knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations & Ofsted frameworks
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop staff teams
Full UK Driving Licence
