Compassion in World Farming in Godalming is seeking a Global Head of Major Donors to lead a high-impact philanthropy programme generating significant income from high-net-worth individuals. The role includes developing strategies for donor growth across key markets, as well as collaborating with senior leaders to inspire support for our mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in securing high-value gifts, leadership capabilities, and the ability to cultivate meaningful donor relationships. The position offers a hybrid working model.
