An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the worlds most trusted FM companies, with an exceedingly good reputation within the industry. Our client is looking for professionals with a strong commercial gas background, working on a variety of equipment such as boilers, AHUs, FCUs, and pumps. The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a number of sites around West Sussex and surroundings, building great relationships whilst performing reactive work and PPMs. You will be provided with industry‑leading training and fantastic opportunities to progress within the company.
Job Description
- PPMs and reactive work
- Boilers, AHUs, water booster systems, mechanical duties, ventilation systems, temperature testing, fans, pumps, etc.
- Inspection, fault finding, diagnostics
- On‑call rota (to be discussed at interview stage)
45 Hours/Week
Requirements
- ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications (Essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC (Essential)
- F Gas Cat 1 (Desirable)
- 18th Edition (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
