Workday Solution Architect

About the Role

The Workday Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing Workday solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This position requires a deep understanding of Workday functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
• Support clients during the implementation process and provide ongoing support post-launch.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules and functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrations and data migration in Workday.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
