Job Description:
Flexform, a leading brand in genuine Made in Italy design furniture, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join its prestigious monobrand showroom located in London City.
Key Requirements:
- Educational background in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Decoration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
- Experience within the luxury sector is essential
- Familiarity with major design and architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships with clients
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for design and luxury products
- Availability to start from 1st September
- Italian language skills are considered a plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients throughout their showroom experience
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving commercial objectives
- Present products and design solutions in a professional and engaging manner
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain showroom standards and brand image at all times
