Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Operative to apply durable and consistent coatings to our sprinkler components. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, operating coating equipment, and maintaining quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare metal components for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure consistent and high-quality finishes on all productsInspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with standardsMaintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe, and organised mannerAssist with loading, unloading, and handling materials as requiredFollow all health & safety regulations and company procedures
About You
Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or finishing in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and safety standardsStrong attention to detail and quality focusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and able to handle heavy componentsGood time management and organisational skills
